U.S. Domestic Shipping

  • Orders over $200 ship free within the U.S.

  • All other orders ship at a flat rate, based on the items in your cart. Final shipping charges will appear at checkout.

International Shipping

Due to the fragile nature of glass, international shipping is available by request only. Customers are responsible for the actual shipping and handling costs. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Returns & Exchanges

While we strive to make sure that custom orders meet all of your expectations, customized orders, and commissions are a FINAL SALE, as all steps of the process are pre-approved by the buyer, and the item may not be resell-able based on specific subject matter.

In-stock items, ordered from our website, may be returned within 90 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging, for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the sender’s responsibility and the return package must be insured.

  • Returns after 90 days may qualify for store credit on a case by case basis. Please contact us before returning.

Order Errors & Cancellations

Orders are processed within 24 hours. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing and are not possible after shipment. Contact us ASAP at (815) 543-7973 or at follyandflight@gmail.com.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses resulting in a returned shipment will incur a $9.95 reshipping fee (U.S. Ground) or can be refunded minus shipping costs.

Refunds

Stained glass classes are non refundable , as time slots are in high-demand, and depend upon sequenced attendence. We will try our best to make scheduling adjustments in the event of an emergency or scheduling conflict, or we can offer a credit for future classes.

Non-Defective Items

  • Refunds exclude shipping charges.

  • Gift wrap is non-refundable.

  • Exchanges ship free within the contiguous U.S.

Manufacturer Defects

We will refund, repair, or replace items with a manufacturer defect reported within 90 days of delivery. Shipping damage is not covered under this policy. Replacement, and repair time will be determined on a case-by-case basis, due to the variety of sizes and complexities of stained glass artworks.

Shipping Damage

Inspect orders upon arrival. Report any shipping damage via email within 5 business days (extended during the holiday season for gifts). Retain all packaging. Do not return items unless instructed — we will arrange pickup if needed.
