July Sessions: Stained Glass Basics: "Make and Take" Classes
Join us for a one-class, small group session where you learn the basics of stained glass art including; cutting, grinding, foiling, and soldering. Choose from a wide variety of glass and patterns, with themes ranging from natural wonders (butterflies, birds, plants, flowers, mountain landscapes, etc.) to beautiful geometric designs, to holiday related themes.
Classes are between 3 and 5 hours long, depending on complexity of patterns, and any pattern can be made to be a hanging artwork or attached to a stake to be displayed in a plant or freely on a stand.
From natural wonders to holiday themes, new patterns are added everyday, and there’s bound to be something to suit your style! Grab someone you love to spend time with and sign up for a class today!
NOTE: All supplies are included. Safety conditions must be agreed upon, and liability waivers signed before classes begin.
Pieces will need to be left for us to add hangers/stands to, and to be properly cleaned, have added patina added, and to be polished. Finished pieces can be picked up a few days after class. We are happy to hold pieces for up to two weeks.
